Seaworld

Rob and his mom took Maddie and Aj for a California trip. They stayed at a relatives house for the 4 days. I was so proud of Rob's camera work- he remembered to take pictures of just about everything I requested. Here are just a few....First airplane ride...they watched animal planet for the short flight and really enjoyed it.

They loved all of the animal shows while they were at seaworld...Sea lion/walrus, dolphin, shamu...

If you can see the terrified expressions on the kids faces...they were not fans of the Atlantis ride...

The next day they went to a wild animal reserve where the animals all wandered around, unlike the caged zoo...the lions and other cats were in large cages....
At sunset they went to this beach to watch the seals come out and rest. There was a rope to keep people from gettign too close but the babies wandered underneath it, and the kids were in heaven!

They loved the beach and were able to find some good seashells to bring home.
For dinner their last night they went to the Rainforest Cafe.

Although I missed them, they were so busy and excited they didn't realize their mommy was at home missing them:) Overall this trip was such a great experience for them-they are constantly reasearching every sea creature and other animals through library books, and it paid off. Rob said they knew most of the creatures before he even told them.
