Belly Pic and Fall fun

I am 16 weeks now, and I think this belly pic is actually smaller than the one I took 2 mths ago. I think that one was more bloating than baby:) It still varies, but I officially can't button up my regular jeans:( I didn't even bother packing much regular clothes to the condo, since Iam only going to get bigger form here on out. I had a good OB appointment last week and was actually excited to gain 5 poounds. My last appointment I had lost 6 and that is unlike me completely in my pregnancies and I worried a bit. So with my pregnancy with Cheyenne I had gained 15 pounds at this point. With this pregnancy I have gained 4. Which means I may actually gain less than 50 for this time around:) I will find out on November 9th what the gender is! We had fun at Wheeler farm this week. On a side note though, the hay maze is really lame and not worth the money and the pumpkins that will be left if you go now will not be worth the price either. It was about the experience and the kids had a great time finding the perfect pumpkin in the patch after going through a hay maze. Then taking a wagon ride around the farm. The weather was really nice as well.

We looked at all of the animals on the farm and played by the duck pond. Aj has a habit each year of getting nibbled by an angry goose, but yet still chases them. He says he jsut wants to pet them, but is obviously going about it the wrong way. This one looks like it was getting pretty ticked off so I told him to back off a bit:)
The next day we painted the pumpkins with their cousins----5 kids under age 7 against me....It was a mess, but could have been worse. Cheyenne started out innocent enough painting neatly, but then got some on her elbow and discovered she liked it. So from then on she painted both of her arms, face and hands. Who am I to stop her creativity:) She didn't like the cleaning process though, so maybe she learned:)

This week the kids had a fun experience of oing to my moms graduation from nursing school. She has done a lot of work to get here and it was fun to celebrate her achievements. She is an example to me for staying home with all 5 of us kids while we were young, but not getting discouraged in going back to school later in life. To be completely honest, it is hard to picture her as a nurse because she isn't the gentle kind that would give you a bandaid when you got hurt as a kid, just a "maybe you should stop running around" instead. You didn't go to the doctor unless you were bleeding or had a bone hanging out. But I have seen her desire to go interested in the medical area and know she will find a area that is perfect for her.

We will find out this week if we close on our new house on the 21st or the 26th of October. Then we will give them 3 days to get out, and put in new carpet before we officially move in. The landlord hers is great as well as the new tenants who will give us an extra week in November if we need to stay a bit longer. My goal is to have Maddie's birthday, on November 8th in our new house!

You look so cute. I wouldn't worry too much about the weight as long as you're eating healthy & the baby is progressing well. I only gained 11 lbs total with Kamryn. I was sick the whole time & my doctor wasn't worried at all. And she turned out great. good luck.
